I can feel Spring in the air! Things are greening up around the Ranch and the weather is trying to warm up and we are craving smoothies! A great low carb or keto smoothie is our go to breakfast or lunch during the warm months and this Triple Berry Cheesecake Keto Smoothie is our new favorite!
Smoothies happen around here on a daily basis! They are quick, filling and delish! I’m a lover of chocolate smoothies but I have to admit this low carb Berry Cheesecake Smoothie is pretty amazing and so simple to make! I came up with this simple recipe for Maddie. She loves smoothies in the morning and she is a definitely berry girl! One thing she misses living a keto or low carb lifestyle is fruit so this keto smoothie satisfies her craving for fruit without all the sugar and carbs! It’s also full of healthy fats so it keeps her full or hours and eliminates any need to snack between meals!
My secret to a great low carb or keto smoothie is avocado! Avocado has great thickening power and creates a silky, rich smoothie! It also adds great healthy fat and a good amount of potassium which is essential for keto! If you’re dairy free, you could sub your favorite full fat dairy free yogurt or dairy free cream cheese for the real thing or simple leave it out! We typically use a mixture of strawberries, blackberries and raspberries to keep the carb count as low as possible but we have also used a frozen berry blend with blueberries and it works beautifully! Just note that the addition of blueberries will bring the carb count up a bit!

Triple Berry Cheesecake Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 Tbsp. avocado
- 1 oz. full fat cream cheese
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries I use a mix of strawberries, raspberries and blackberries
- 7-10 drops Lakanto Monkfruit Extract or your sweetener of choice
- Pinch of Himalayan Sea Salt
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into the blender and blend on high until smooth! To make a thinner smoothie, add more almond milk till you reach desired consistency….you can also adjust the sweetener as needed!
