ROASTED CAULIFLOWER WITH AIOLI

This delicious, dairy free Roasted Cauliflower with Red Pepper Aioli is so simple and it’s the perfect way to dress up cauliflower that will convert any veggie hater!

SIMPLE, DELICIOUS ROASTED CAULIFLOWER

This recipe starts out by roasting the cauliflower. I toss it with oil and some of my favorite seasonings and it roasts in a hot oven till golden brown and DELISH!

MAKING THE EASY RED PEPPER AIOLI

I love using homemade garlic mayo or my 3 minute mayonnaise for this aioli but you can use whatever mayo you love .

Once the cauliflower is out of the oven, the red pepper aioli gets drizzled on top. Sprinkle with chopped baco, if desired, and serve! It’s could not be easier or more delish!
