  • 1/4 cup olive or avocado oil
  • 1 head fresh cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Fieta Brand Zesty Italian Delight or Italian Seasoning

For the Aoili:

  • 1/3 cup good keto friendly mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup diced roasted red peppers homemade or jarred
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  • 4 strips crispy bacon chopped

Garnish: Chopped Parsley


    • Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a large bowl, place cauliflower florets, olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder and toss to coat. Place cauliflower on a lined baking sheet and bake at 425 for 25-35 minutes or until golden brown, tender and delicious.
      While the cauliflower is cooking combine the ingredients for the aoili in a small bowl and mix well. When the cauliflower florets are done, transfer to a serving dish, drizzle with the aoili over the hot cauliflower and top with chopped crispy bacon. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
