Breakfast, lunch, or dinner…I’ve got you covered! We will cover meal planning, prepping, low carb ingredients and more!
Each month will have a different theme and we will dedicate 4 classes each month…one a week…to help you master the recipes!The classes will be hosted in a private FB group via live feed so you can see what I’m doing in real time and ask questions along the way! Prior to the class, you will receive an email with the recipes that we will be working on for that class and an ingredients list in case you want to cook along! I will be right there with you along the way to answer any questions you may have!!
Can’t make it to a class? Don’t worry…The videos with the keto & low carb recipes, shopping lists and another other materials will be uploaded to my private member site to which you will have exclusive access to so you can refer back to them over and over again…and have access to other exclusive low carb recipes that are you can’t find anywhere else!
